Pho Nom is quick service Vietnamese Restaurant from chef Jerry Mai.

Based on Jerry’s family recipes and traditional flavours, Pho Nom is Vietnamese at it’s very best.

Our signature dish, pho, is based on the spice heavy southern-Vietnamese version. Our broth simmers for up to 24 hours before you can enjoy it, extracting all of the goodness from the ingredients to give a depth of flavour.
